There is a Japanese word, Meraki, that means 'to do something with soul, creativity or love; to put something of yourself into your work'(as defined in the dictionary in Real). It is with this in mind that I make things from textiles I have collected during my travels like the Japanese indigo boro cushion on this page.

These things include cushions, paperworks, and other things that help make a home. From time to time I also paint and these paintings can be found at Smallspaces and Pure and General in Sydney.
